隔膜驅動裝置能夠使主軸

The externally controlled valve is pneumatically operated. It consists of a diaphragm actuator and a 2-way valve body.
雙主軸密封件

The diaphragm actuator moves a spindle with valve disc against a spring and switches the valve.
 The spindle is designed glandless with double seal.
The actuator body is made out of epoxy resin.
不能連續(xù)調節(jié)，所以調節(jié)精度還受到定限制。
電磁閥對介質潔凈度有較高要求，含顆粒狀的介質不能適用，如屬雜質須濾去。
